  So I'm back from Jersey with a signed lease and am feeling muuuchh better. I am going to have to part with my Debbie Downer alter ego and truck ahead. I am renewed with a sense that people really are good and that life in New Jersey doesn't look so bad after all. While we were down there we met a phenomenal realtor who also became a friend.  She payed it forward to us and I am all excited to do the same.  On another note....I also spent a leisurely day with my best friend and her new baby.
